Before you ask
What counts as a piece?
Every design we deliver: a post, a banner or a cover is one piece. In carousels and stories, each slide or frame counts as one: a 5-slide carousel is 5 of your 20.
How long does each design take?
Simple pieces take 24 to 48 business hours from when we start on them. Full carousels take 2 to 4 business days, because each slide is designed separately. A brand identity or brand book takes 1 to 2 weeks. These are averages, not fixed deadlines: they depend on your queue and on how complex each piece is.
How many requests can I make?
As many as you want: they wait in your queue and we work on them one at a time. When you approve one, the next one starts, up to the pieces in your plan.
What if I need changes?
Ask for changes on the same piece as many times as you need. Revisions are unlimited and don't use up pieces from your plan.
Do unused pieces roll over?
No. The count starts over every month, on the day your subscription started. The quarterly plan is also 20 pieces per month.
How many brands can I manage?
Up to 3 on the Standard plan and 1 on the Personalized plan. Each brand keeps its logo, colors and fonts on file, so you don't repeat them in every request.
How do I pay?
With PayPal, which charges automatically every period, or by bank transfer. In Peru you can pay in soles, tax included. The quarterly plan is paid upfront for the 3 months.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from the platform. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again. There are no refunds for partial periods: on the quarterly plan, you use the 3 months you paid for.
What format do I get the designs in?
You download them from the platform, as editable files plus a PNG export, ready to post.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm Lima time (UTC-5). You can leave requests any day, at any time.
