«Ibn» is a set of three independent and complementary vases, with a timeless design. Its traditional materials and flowing lines praise luxury and simplicity. Its form is based, in the economy of its means, an ensemble which deliberately claims its name.

«Ibn» is an Arabic word which means “son of” and it leans on the image of a thousand-year-old irrigation system to symbolically engage a reflection on the notion of legacy.

The use of porcelain porcelain highlights an ancestral know-how. The water moving from one vase to another irrigates the three vegetals spaces such as memory and culture vital connection, which harmoniously engage parents to their descendants and society to its history. The muffled and soothing sound of water comes through the flow from one vase to another and its poetic strength punctuates the gardento praise time passing.
